These terms and conditions apply to all our services. By accessing, browsing, and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

The terms and conditions as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Travasia.JSC.

 

1. Terms of Use Acceptance

The following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) regulate the access and use of services and information from Travasiadmc.com. By using any company’s services, you accept, agree to be bound, and comply with the terms of use below. If you disagree with any terms of use, the privacy policy of Travasiadmc.com, or do not have the full appropriate civil capacity, please stop accessing and using it immediately.

 

2. Access

Travasiadmc.com reserves the right to terminate, change any services and information provided by Travasiadmc.com at any time, at the company’s discretion, without prior notice. In order to get access and use the company’s services and information, you may be required to provide certain registration information when you sign up for a membership or subscribe to the newsletter.

You are required to make sure all information that you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree that the company’s privacy policy governs all information that you provide through the company’s website.

 

3. Trademark

You may not use Travasiadmc.com’s trademarks without the company’s prior written permission. The trademarks of third parties, logos, products or services, designs, or slogans on the web do not necessarily indicate any affiliation of such third parties.

 

4. Prohibited behavior

You may only use Travasiadmc.com’s services for legal purposes and in accordance with the terms of use. You agree not to use the services of the company for any illegal act or purpose.

 

5. Make a Booking

The booking should be made through the website travasiadmc.com or by sending an email to: dos@travasiadmc.com.

 

6. Payment and Deposit

To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions.

Deposit 

Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of the total cost will be required and decided on an individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.

Final Payment 

Before the travel date. Payment by cash/ bank transfer, or credit cards is accepted.

  • Pay online by Credit Card with ONEPAY

We accept UnionPay, Visa card, MasterCard, and JCB card since Travasia is a verified member of the OnePay system. Your card information will be protected during transmission by using a security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created and sent to you with the guidelines to deposit your packages. Kindly note that for payments by credit cards, we apply a service fee of 3%. If you need more details and further information or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

7. Confirm booking & Voucher

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or email within 1 (one) working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation. 

Vouchers will be issued by Travasia, JSC after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be given to customers directly or by email/fax.

 

8. Liability and Insurance

Travasia,.JSC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, and unrest, which must be borne by passengers.

Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Travasia.JSC will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation in any tour implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

 

9. Cancellations & Refund

Cancellation fees for bookings will be calculated from all local suppliers, as different cruise lines and other partners have their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each tour package and service. There will be no refund or exchange if any customer decides to opt out while the tour is ongoing. If you have not used any of the services, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.

Main services general cancellation policy by customer (applied for FIT clients, for GIT clients, we will update a separate condition when we are dealing):

  • Package Tours

More than 60 days before arrival date: FREE of charge

From 30 days to 59 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total rate

From 15 days to 29 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total rate

From 7 days to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rate

Less than 7 days’ prior arrival date or No show: 100% of the total rate

  • Short Tours (1 – 3 days)

More than 7 days prior: 10% of total rates.

From 4 to 7 days prior: 50% of total rates.

Less than 3 days prior or no show: 100% of total rates.

 

10. Alternatives

We managed to reserve all the suggested services for our clients. In case transportation or accommodation is fully booked, we reserve the right to make changes to services with equivalent quality. In these cases, we will always try our best to inform you about the changes as soon as possible.

If we are unable to provide confirmed services, an alternative option or an alternative departure date will be offered, subject to availability. If you don’t accept the alternative option or don’t want to change the date, we will refund your deposit.

In the case our services do not match your expectations, we will figure out the reasons in order to compensate for your dissatisfaction.

In case the service we provide isn’t qualified enough, except for out-of-control situations such as weather conditions, we receive and appreciate all your comments. With the highest respect, we will investigate your case and will offer the reimbursement once your complaint is rational.
